Estimated delivery windows are:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Other Countries: 10–20 business days

3. Tracking Information

All orders include full tracking.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package in real time.

If your tracking number does not update immediately, please allow up to 72 hours for the system to refresh.


4. Shipping Fees

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

We will do our best to assist you, but Store Trion is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import fees, taxes, or customs duties.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices.


8. Delivery Issues & Support

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us and we will check the status with the carrier.
