Store Trion – Refund Policy

We want you to have a safe and positive shopping experience at Store Trion. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund Policy below.


1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In the original packaging

Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund.


2. How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.


3. Return Shipping Costs

If the refund is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Store Trion is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide photos or videos showing the issue

We will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement at no extra cost

  • Full refund

  • Store credit


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you do not see your refund, please contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.


7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions

  • Products returned without prior authorization
